Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery time 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Shipping costs Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your hat's journey to you.

Delays We do our best to get every GoldenOur hat to you on time. Occasionally carrier delays, weather, or high order volume can affect delivery windows. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out at hello@golden-our.com and we'll look into it.

Incorrect address Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect packages once they've shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping charges may apply.
