The Founder's GoldenOur
GoldenOur started with a question Anne Laughlin couldn't shake: why does sun protection have to look like a compromise?
Before this, Anne spent over a decade shaping brand voices in beauty, wellness and fashion, running PR and marketing at Marc Jacobs Beauty and Ralph Lauren. She later launched Dillie, a content innovation studio for beauty and wellness brands, and now leads Sloane, a creative strategy and social media content agency. Her background building brands is only a slice of the pie behind GoldenOur.
After trading New York PR for entrepreneurship in LA, Anne's endless summers became a ritual: Nantucket mornings, European summer adventures, solo travel across global beaches. Every UPF hat she tried made her choose between protecting her skin and having fun. So she took on giving the UV protective sun hat a stylish upgrade.
